For booking tickets for London Olympic Games scheduled from 27th July to 12th August,2012 the
following procedure to be adopted by the Indian Nationals:
1. National Federations - State Olympic Associations
- MoYA&S – SAI – State Sports Directorates - State
Sports Authorities – State Sports Councils.
• Name and the current and the permanent address of the buyer along with the
• Telephone (Land line, Mobile number ) Fax number and e-mail ID.
• Tickets requirement indicating the Sport, Number of Tickets date & session and Category wise.
2. Indian Nationals
i. Name and the current and the permanent address of the buyer along with the Telephone
(Land line, Mobile number if any) Fax number and e-mail if any.
ii. Tickets requirement indicating the Sport, Number of Tickets date & session and Category
wise.
iii. ID proof on the address and the buyer's current occupation.
iv. Copy of the first page of the Passport of the individual applying for tickets.
3. The tickets price and other details can be had from the web site of the London Olympic Games
(web site .........)

5. Please note that this notification is only to assess the requirements of the tickets for witnessing
the Olympic Games and to apply to the Organising Committee of the London Olympic Games in
2012 for allotment to india. It is not to be taken as assurance for providing the tickets. The buyer
would be intimated after the allotment of the required tickets by the London Olympic Games
for more information regarding the ticketing
